We should like to give you the following information in light of Germany’s Distance Contracts Act.
1. Your contract with us is formed when the invoice is raised and the goods are dispatched.
2. With regard to the products and goods offered in this catalogue, we explicitly reserve the right to make modifications, particularly in response to technical progress, with particular reference to material properties, colour, weight dimensions, design or other features. However, we guarantee you consistent product quality.We must also reserve the right not to effect a delivery if the goods are not longer available. Please refer to the relevant price list for this catalogue for details of the prices of our products. The price quoted applies "ex Vierkirchen warehouse".
3. Except in the case of export deliveries, the default delivery method s COD. Other payment methods require our agreement an explicit confirmation in writing. Minimum amount order € 150,00 Payments orders, cheques, drafts and any other payment means are only accepted with separate agreements in writing and only on account of performance with all collection, discount and other costs being charged to the purchaser. Credit cards are also accepted (VISA, Euro Master-Card, American Express).
4. Delivery is made to the account and the risk of the purchaser.
5. Please refer to the relevant price list for details of the valid prices.
6. For all goods supplied by us we garant a 6-month warranty in accordance with the following conditions:
If the goods are faulty or are supplied damaged, we will rectify the shortcomings free of charge without culpable delay. The faulty objects and parts become our property. If work is required to remedy faults, we will bear the costs involved in such rectification, particularly freight, postage, labour and material costs, unless other agreements have been made in writing. In the event that the rectified product or replacement delivery also proves unsatisfactory twice, the purchaser may demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the order, at his discretion. The goods must be carefully examined upon arrival at their destination, even if samples were sent. Notification of any faults must be made in writing without delay after discovery. Obvious faults are excluded from the warranty one week after arrival of the goods at their destination.Complains relating to hidden faults must be lodged by the purchaser within one week of their discovery. Please refer also to our general terms and conditions of business in the relevant price lists.
Your right of return
We grant our customers an unrestricted right of return which entitles them to return
the goods to our account for a period of 2 weeks starting from receipt of the delivery.
This does not include custom-made goods or individual orders (cf. item 6 above).
